This does mean that even though they have an account, they may not be active in using it.

You can start by making accounts on other sites like Tinder, Zoosk, OkCupid, or Match.com to find that person’s account. If you want a guarantee that they use other dating sites, all you need to do to find them is refine your search to their area if you know this.
If you set up accounts on as many sites as possible, you’ll have more success, but this process can take a while, and you may have to wait for the service to give you the person if you don’t have premium options like user lookups.
Be Direct With The Person
This might seem like the most direct and awkward option, but what have you got to lose, as honesty can go a long way to building a relationship with someone.

This is probably the best way to find out what someone’s digital footprint looks like, as you can search people by phone number, name, email, and address to find out a host of information like social media profiles and even criminal records.
For this, though, it’s a good idea you have as much information on the person as you can find, as town location and middle names can refine your search even more; otherwise, you may be met with hundreds of matches with the same name.

With these methods, you can give yourself some much-needed reassurance, as there are many people you can meet online, but it can be hard to know if all of these people are who they say they are, so if an interaction makes you doubtful, it’s best to avoid it if possible.
Being open with people on dating sites is something admirable, as it shows that you’re not looking to mess around and want to try to look for something serious as we all know that people may be looking for different things on a dating service.
